  Understand the concept of a relational database
  I will need to make some decisions in the context of a database development project. As a non technical person, I would like to learn the basics, without entering into too much technical detail
  At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Content
a) understand the overall concept of relational databases: tables, fields, keys, relationships between tables
b) evaluate the complexities and consequences of database development, particularly with regards to effort and cost
c) communicate more clearly with computer specialists such as database developers
The main objective of this session is to explain the relational database concept; to get some hands-on experience, the participant will create his own relational database in MS Access.
